Abstract
PURPOSE:To shorten the removing process of a film, by coating the sealing surface part of a panel with a water soluble liquid which is highly viscous and slow in drying, next by applying a filming emulsion thereon, then by mechanically removing the filming emulsion attached to the sealing surface of the panel. CONSTITUTION:A water soluble liquid which is highly viscous and slow in drying, such as Enamel 20A and Petriol or the like is applied all around the sealing surface part 3 of a panel 5 which is formed by coating an internal surface 5a with a phosphor layer 6. Next, a filming emulsion 14 made from a nonaqueous soluble film forming resin is applied all over the internal surface 5a of the panel including the phosphor layer 6, then heated to dry it. And, the dried water soluble liquid 15 and the filming emulsion 14 on the upper surface are mechanically scraped, and then the scraped region is washed. Thus, the filming emulsion is not allowed to directly touch the sealing surface of the panel and even when it is in dry condition, the film is not formed, so the filming emulsion can be easily removed.
