Abstract
PURPOSE:To eliminate the error of a coefficient of calibration on the basis of the variance of injection quantity comparatively simply, by performing the plural measurements with a known standard solution and finding each conversion factor and then, memorizing is shift register and moreover, making its mean value as the coefficient of calibration. CONSTITUTION:A standard solution is injected and a calibration action is instructed to a control circuit 17' by pushing a calibration button 18 and also, the concentration of the standard solution indicated by mg/dl is set by a setting switch 19. React electric current of a sensor 1 is read by anamplifier 14 and an A/D transducer 16 and a conversion factor Dn-2 is computed by comparing the digital quantity at a point of time of reaction end with set fixed data in the circuit 17' and is memorized in a shift register SR. In the same way, an arithmeticl mean is computed by finding the factor Dn-1, Dn... and this mean is memorized as the last calibration coefficient. Hereafter, measured result is calibrated by this coefficient. Thus, the reliability of the calibration coefficient is elevated because the mean vlue of several measurements are used and accordingly, the accuracy of measurement is improved.
