CONSTITUTION:A conductive layer 16, insulated with insulating layer 15a and 15b, is caused to expose and protrude in a square column (which measures, for example, 2mum wide X 3mum long X 2mum high) above the flat surface of the insulating layer 15b to form a head (electrode) 14a. Heads 14b, 14c,... are arranged in a straight line in a similar manner to form a recording heat part 12. A semiconductor technic is employed.
