Abstract
PURPOSE: To provide a bladder which has a better durability, by a method wherein a rubber elementary material is rolled around an outer periphery of a cylindrical drum, whose outer diameter is approximately equal to an inner diameter of a vulcanizing mold for a bladder, as the rubber elementary material is extruded through an extruder and the material is vulcanized by means of a mold for vulcanizing the bladder.
CONSTITUTION: A rubber elementary material is molded in a column by an extruder or other molders, and a molded rubber 2 is fed to a cylindrical drum 4, whose outer diameter is approximately equal to an inner diameter of a mold for vulcanization-molding a bladder, to continuously wind it around an outer periphery of a drum 4. To facilitate a winding, it is preferable that the drum 4 is placed on a truck 5. In winding, the rubber 2 for a plurality of the bladders can be wound through the medium of toroidal spacers 6. The drum 4 is then removed, and the rubber so wound is charged in a mold for vulcanization-molding the bladder by means of a hook 7 to vulcanize the rubber 2.
