The counter 2 makes count from the complement of fugure 5 and transmits the carry signal being the complement of figure 1 to an FF3. That is, the output at the terminal CLIN is made of the clock pulse of memory and the output of a terminal CLOUT is made of the clock pulse of a dot printer, to achieve dot density conversion.
