Abstract
PURPOSE:To settle a trouble due to dust and drain and to perform a reliable and easy analysis of a necessary component, by a method wherein a dispersion valve is located at a spot where a sample gas is selected out, and is caused to open and close in synchronism with a purge valve for a purge gas. CONSTITUTION:With purge valves 25-1 and 25-2 opened and 25-8 closed, a purge gas passes through a feed pipe 24 to a probe 24, a ball cock 3, and a collecting pipe 2 to perform a reverse cleaning. Then, with the purge valve 25-1 and 25-2 closed, the 25-8 opened, measuring valves 6-1 and 6-2 closed, and a dispersion valve 26 opened, a desired gas in a path 1 is dispersed for a given period of time, and a sample gas is then fed to a drain pot 8 in a sampling rack B from a collecting pipe 2 through a path 7. The sample gas, freed from drain thereat, is fed to a reducing valve 11 after dust is removed by filters 9 and 10, and gas is exhausted through an exhaust path 21. After the sample gas is dehumidified by a dehumidifier 12 and is purged of gas through an exhaust path 22, it is fed to an analyzer.
