Abstract

PURPOSE:To make it possible to measure the complex configuration automatically, by moving the measuring pieces of a probing part along an object to be checked enclosed in an loading part based on the command from a central control part and computing the speed and the number of pulses. CONSTITUTION:The probing part 1, whose central parts are a plurality of measuring pieces 11, and a driving part 3 are supported on a rack 5. Each measuring piece 11 comprises an electric micrometer with a retracting mechanism, is supported by a chuck 12, and is moved back and forth by the control of the driving part 3.
