Abstract

PURPOSE: To obtain an electromagnetic valve whose actuation is stable and which can accurately retain a valve body at a specified position even when the valve body is moved at a large stroke.
CONSTITUTION: When a drive signal is applied to a coil 10, a movable body 12 moves downward against a spring 16 and closes a connecting hole 14a. A plunger 15 reciprocates at a cycle corresponding to the frequency of the drive signal which was applied to the coil 10 and pressurized-sends the fluid in the first chamber 3 to the second chamber 4. The fluid pressurized-sent to the second chamber 4 is returned to the first chamber 3 through a connecting path 8 with specified resistance, thereby increasing the pressure in the second chamber 4 and letting fall a following body 5. As a result, even when an electromagnetic pump 2 itself is compact, the move stroke of the following body 5 can largely be set.
