CONSTITUTION: A titled mechanism is constituted of a main gear 3 provided to a rotated and driven shaft, an eccentric member 5 fixed to the gear 3, an eccentric wheel 7 provided freely rotatably on the outside circumference of the member 5, and a gear 10 provided adjacently to the wheel 7. Said wheel 7 is circular and is eccentric from the center of rotation. A large diameter hole part 6a of a connecting rod 6 connected to the slide of the press is fitted freely rotatably to this wheel. Said gear 10 is rotated and driven at the speed twice that of the gear 3, and engages freely slidably with a slider 9. Thereby, the meshing position of the gear 10 is changed and the angle of the phase difference of the gear 3 and the gear 10 is changed. The displacement of the slide of the press connected to the rod 6 is made optimum.
