Abstract
PURPOSE:To restrict a residual amount in a container to a small amount by narrowing a cross area of a flow passage by covering an emitting port with a resistant body to enable to take out a highly viscous reaction product uniformly on an average. CONSTITUTION:In a reaction container 1 having an emitting port 4 at a bottom part thereof, a resistant body covering the emitting port 4 is provided. A min. cross area of a slit like passage 6 between a bottom surface 5' of the resistant body 5 and a bottom surface 1' of the container 1 is pref. made a little larger than that of the emitting body. When a highly viscous reaction product, especially, one with vidcosity of about 1,000 poise or more is taken out, it is pressurized by an inert gas to be extruded from the emitting port 4. Because a flow passage is narrowed by the slit like passage 6 and flow resistance is high, the fluid is graudally extruded and is not interrupted until a final stage by gas injection or the like. Because the fluid is remained only in the slit like passage 6, an amount thereof is extremely small.
