Abstract

PURPOSE: To assure a safety work by coupling the operation of a wheel shaft brake to the disengaging operation of a clutch by means of a micro switch circuit.
CONSTITUTION: When a clutch lever 24 is rotated in order to stop a running base structure 2 a wire 27 and a driving belt 20 are released respectively, whereby the transmission of the rotation to a driving shaft 17 is disengaged, leading disengagement of the transmission of the rotation to a driving wheel 3, while the base structure 2 is apt to continue its running by inertia. However, since a micro switch 54 whose contact is closed by the disengaging mode of the clutch lever 24 is provided in the vicinity of a clutch lever 24, when said contact is closed a solenoid 50 electrically connected to same via a wire 55 is operated, whereby a clutch is disengaged and a brake acts in the same manner as it is operated manually.
