CONSTITUTION:A head switching signal D is changed by a phase shifting circuit 9 into a phase shift signal G, which is inputted to a drum control circuit 7. The extent of a phase shift by the phase shifting circuit 9 is varied through a variable resistance 10. The phase shifting circuit 9 outputs the phase shift signal G, which trails after the prescribed extent of a phase shift, by being actuated in the trailing edge of the head switching signal D. The phase shift signal G is inputted to the drum control circuit 7. The switching position of a mixed video signal C is determined by a gate signal E synchronizing with the head switching signal D. The variable resistance 10 of the phase shifting circuit 9 is varied to move the video contents of the external video signal B optionally.
