CONSTITUTION:A rotor electrode 3 which is opposed to a number of side electrodes connected to a sprak plug through a small gap is fixed to a rotor 5 which runs interlocking with the rotation of an internal combustion engine. A supply hole 14 connected to an oil sump 11 containing silicone grease, etc. is provided at a place near the discharge section 12 of the rotor electrode 3. When the rotor 5 runs silicone grease, etc. rises along the slanting surface in the oil sump 11 and automatically applied to the discharge section 12. Thus, generation of fault radio waves can be suppressed.
