Abstract

PURPOSE:To make it possible to form a bonding agent layer of several mum, by applying on a top plate a thermosetting bonding agent, melting the bonding agent, adhering a sheet on the top plate and peeling off the sheet, repeating said adhering and peeling-off procedure several times, and then bonding onto the top plate a base plate having fine grooves under pressure and heat. CONSTITUTION:The top plate 3 is heated by a hot plate 5 to melt the thermosetting bonding agent 4 so that the bonding agent is applied on the whole surface of the top plate 3, then the sheet 6 is applied. Then the sheet 6 is peeled off from the top plate 3, and thereafter another sheet 6 is applied on the top plate 3 and again is peeled off. This application and peeling-off procedure is repeated several times to make the thickness of the bonding agent 4 in the order of several Mm, and then the top plate is removed from the hot plate 5 to solidify the bonding agent 4. The top plate 3 is placed in position on the base plate 1 having fine grooves 2, and is heated and pressed by a pressing plate 7 or the like to bond them, and thus a jet head is obtained. As the bonding agent is preferably used a paraffinic bonding agent.
