Thus, with the groove 6, SWXl1 and SWXl2 which give a separated floating force at flowing-out and -in sides are obtained. By taking l1, l2 as the same, the floating amount at the flowing-in and -out sides is almost the same, and the distortion in air flow is less since the floating surface of the flowing-in and -out side is located on the same track, allowing to achieve very stabel floating attitude.
