Abstract
PURPOSE: To effectively reduce NOx and to simplify the facility by providing a steam injection passage in a fuel nozzle for atomizing of the fuel and providing a steam injection nozzle in the combustion zone of a combustor for NOx suppression.
CONSTITUTION: A fuel nozzle 20 is attached a combustor 5 covering the outside of a combstor outer cylinder head 5 and the head of the combustor 5, a fuel passage 21 and a steam injection passage 22 being provided inside of said combustor 5 and multiple number of steam injection nozzle piercing through an attaching flange 20' of the fuel nozzle 20 and opening toward the head of the combustor 5 are circumferentially provided around the head of the combustor. A steam supply line 25 having a flow control valve 27 and being connected to the external steam source is connected to the steam injection passage 22 while another steam supply line 26 having a flow control valve 28 and being connected to the external steam source is connected to the steam injection nozzles 23.
