Abstract
PURPOSE:To drive the motor at low speed, and to enlarge a range of the control of the number of revolution by using a DC-DC converter as a power supply of the drive circuit for the motor and changing the output voltage of the power supply in response to the variation of motor load. CONSTITUTION:In a circuit which compares speed signal detecting voltage from a revolution speed detector 6 with reference voltage 3, controls a drive transistor 4 by the error signal voltage and controls the DC motor 5 at fixed speed, a high efficiency variable voltage source 13 such as the DC-DC converter is used as the power supply. Detecting signals from a load current detecting resistor 20 connected in series with the motor 5 are inputted to a variable pulse width rectangular wave oscillator 14 of the variable voltage source 13, and the output voltage of the voltage source 13 is changed in response to load.
