CONSTITUTION:The photosensitive layer which is consisted of phthalocyanine pigment and binding resin is formed on a cylinrical conductive substrate. And, any compound out of 2,5-bis(4'-diethylaminophenyl)-1,3,4-oxyxadiazol,tetra-thiafluorene, 1-phenyl-3-(p-diethylaminostyryl)-5-(p-diethylaminophenyl)-2-pyrazoline, 2, 4,7-trinitro-9-fluorenone, etc. or any mixture among them is coated so as to laminate the photosensitive layer formed on the substrate, which is rotating with the coating blade 4 supported through a roller 6, thereby a charge-transfer layer 9 having uniform thickness is formed. Thus, a photosensitive drum having high sensitivity, the uniform film thickness and a even surface is formed easily and surely.
