Abstract
PURPOSE:To reduce power consumption and form a miniaturized analog-digital hybrid integrated circuit, by mingling analog circuits and digital circuits of a communications equipment within the same IC, and using low supply voltage in digital circuits. CONSTITUTION:A circuit block 401 driven by the 1st supply voltage and one 402 driven by the 2nd supply voltage are combined with a level interface circuit (LIC). As analog and digital circuits for such communications equipments as receivers of a low-speed MODEM are realized by monolithic ICs, the equipments are miniaturized, and the power consumption can be reduced by lowering the supply voltage of digital circuits.
