Abstract
PURPOSE:To make the decision of the irregular antibodies in blood of weak binding force possible by putting specimen liquid in microplates having multiple reaction vessels, and forming agglutination patterns while transferring the same in a static state withoug giving any oscillation. CONSTITUTION:The total blood B drawn from a body 1 to be examined is centrifugally separated to serum S and blood cell particles R, after which these are diluted by diluent D to SD, Rd respectively. The SD and RD are added respectively with various serum reagents, and are stirred, after which microplates are transferred qently along the reaction line without giving any vigorous oscillation to the reaction vessels. During this time, gravity precipitation takes place, and when the blood cells agglutinate, the uniform accumulation patterns where the blood cells exist over the entire bottom part are formed and when they do not agglutinate, the patterns where virtually no blood cells exist in the peripheries and a large number of the blood cells integrate in the central part are formed. When the decision of the patterns of all the reaction vessels is finished, the microplates are discharged successively from the reaction line.
