PURPOSE:To isolate various vibration effectively by floating a magnetized material at predetermined position in the space while employing a magnetic fluid and constructing the repulsive parts as an air spring mechanism. CONSTITUTION:A frame 1 for mounting the vibration source or a machinery is formed from a magnetic member into a circular cup while having a tongue 2 at the lower circumference, where said tongue 2 is secured to the upper material 5 in two steps of vibration isolating rings 5, 6 arranged between the inner and outer tubes 3, 4 made of non-magnetic material such as aluminum.
