CONSTITUTION:When an interruption key 95 is pushed while continuous copying is carried out by using an automatic original feeder, not shown, an interruption display lamp 95a goes on, and the contents such as the set number of sheets and the number of copying sheets are evacuated. At this time, an original stopper solenoid 122 goes on and the stop state of the original is released; thereafter, an original conveying clutch 61 is engaged and the original on the original plate is discharged forcibly by a conveying belt. At the same instant, the interrupted original is fed onto the original plate, and interruption copying is carried out. Upon ending of the interruption copying, the evacuated contents are restored and the continuous copying is resumed.
