CONSTITUTION:The edges of a plurality of parallelagram or delta shaped permanent magnets 8 are joined together with one another, and the junction parts are connected using a binding material. Accordingly, the edges 9 opposing each other of the permanent magnet 8 are not orthogonally intersecting with the moving direction m of the movable element 4 and they intersect each other diagonally at the prescribed angle, and the field magnetic flux having an almost uniform magnetic flux density at every position of the movable element 4 are formed, thereby enabling to eliminate the generation of a pulsating phenomenon.
