Abstract
PURPOSE:To reduced the variation in roundness due to rise in temperature for the subject rotor by a method wheein a permanent magnet is provided among the prescribed magnetic reluctance increased section, a rotor core with a secondary conductor housing section and a cylindrical yoke, and a non-magnetic material is casted in the remaining gap. CONSTITUTION:An almost cylindrical rotor core 1 is formed by laminating thin iron plates with the magnetic reluctance increased section, consisting of the secondary conductor housing section 14 and a bridging section 13, a prescribed nonmagnetic plate is arranged on both terminals of the rotor core and, at the same time, the permanent magnet is arranged in between the magnetic reluctance increased sections 15 of the outer circumference of the rotor core 1. Then, the cylindrical yoke is covered on the outside of these permanent magnets, an end ring 7' and a secondary conductor 9' are formed by casting aluminum, and aluminum is filled by casting in the section where the rotor core 1 and the cylindrical yoke 10 are not arranged.
