PURPOSE:To attain a thin constitution and thereby to reduce the cost by mounting a fixed gear in a concave part formed in the center of the front side of a dial plate and by putting an inner gear engaged with the fixed gear and formed on the back surface of the clock in the aforesaid concave part. CONSTITUTION:One end of a stem 11 is pressed in and connected to the central part of a crown gear 6, while the fixed gear 15 is provided in the concave part 9a on the front surface of the dial plate 9. And, the inner gear 14 which is engaged with the fixed gear 15 and formed on the back surface of the clock is housed in the concave part 9a. When the stem 11 is revolved, a minute hand 7 pressed in the stem is also revolved, while the inner gear 14 linked to an hour hand by an eccentric cam 13 revolves around the fixed gear 15. By such a constitution, the number of parts as well as the number of processes required for assembling can be reduced and thereby a clock of low cost can be manufactured.
