CONSTITUTION:When a signal is supplied to a terminal 5b at the time of stoppage of the rotation of the motor 1, a brake signal is taken out from a motor driving circuit 5, the rotational number of the motor 1 is thereby lowered, and an output (a) of a frequency generator 2 is subjected to wave shaping 4 and turned into a signal (b). The signal (b) is differentiated to a signal (c) and is subjected to peak hold at a prescribed time constant in a capacity C2. The terminal voltage of the capacity C2 lowers as the frequency of the signal (a) becomes small. And, when the voltage lowers below the threshold-value voltage (s) in a transistor Q, the transistor Q turns OFF, an H-level signal (d) of the output thereof is supplied to a circuit 5 and thereby the brake signal supplied so far from the circuit 5 to the motor is eliminated.
