Abstract
PURPOSE:To increase a power absorption capacity, by a method wherein a perforation, which connects together a recess formed in an outer periphery of a braking vane plate and a concavity formed in the side of the braking vane plate, is provided, and a perforation, which couples together a recess and a rotary part of a vane at a drum part, is formed in the outer periphery of the braking vane plate, CONSTITUTION:A recess 2, having a C-shaped section, is formed in an outer periphery at a center of a braking vane plate 4 secured to the inside of a drum 3, and concavities 18, 18 and a recess 25, which are formed in the both sides of the vane plate 4, are connected through a large number of perforations 26, 26. Addiotinally, a plurality of a perforations 27, 27, connecting together the inside of the recess 25 and a part where vanes 26, 26 of the drum 3 spins, are formed in the outer periphery of the braking vane plate 4. Circular concavities 28, 28 are formed in both sides of the braking vane plate 4 so that the vanes 6, 6 mate the concavities 28, 28 with a slight play for the rotation. This constitution increases a power-absorbing capacity, produces such a tendency that a braking torque proportions a number of revolutions, and permits the stable measurement of a high output.
