Abstract
PURPOSE: To provide a flat pipe type heat exchanger having no corrosion at the bending curvature in the tube by a method wherein a tube member is of an aluminum alloy, fin members are of Zn-aluminum alloy, and a fixing member is of an anti-corrosion aluminum alloy and then they are brazed so as to form an assembly.
CONSTITUTION: Flat pipes having aluminum brazing member claded on an anti- corrosion aluminum core member is bent formed to construct a tube 1. Zn-aluminum alloy plte member having a potential lower than that of a material of the tube 1 is bent so as to construct fin members 2. Then, the anti-corrosion aluminum alloy is bent so as to construct fixing parts 30, 40. Then, the fixing members 30, 40 are combined in the tube 1, the fin member 2 are assembled between the tubes 1 and both ends of the fin members 2 are abutted against the stopper members 32, 42 and supported thereby. Then, they are constructed to show an integral assembly under a brazing in the furnace.
