Abstract
PURPOSE: To obtain a freezing and cooling heat exchanger of uniform quality by soldering within a furnace a flat tubular body formed by bending, heat transfer fins, and joint metal fittings for coolant inlet and outlet, and pressure welding and fixing fitting members to a bending part the flat tubular body of to simply prevent the deformation of the brazed part.
CONSTITUTION: A flat tube made of aluminum or an aluminum alloy is formed by bending to form a coolant flowpath 1. Heat transfer fins 2 are inserted and assembled, coolant inlet and outlet joint metal fittings 3 and 4 are inserted through solders, and there are soldered in the furnace by one step to form an integrated structure. Then, the holding part 5a of the fitting member 5 formed from an extruded molding of synthetic resin, alluminum or aluminum alloy is pressure welded by heating to be bonded and fixed to the bent end part A of the coolant flowpath 1 through a film-like bonding material 9. In this manner, a core part is formed by the soldering in the furnace by one step, and thermal influence on the soldered part is eliminated to make the quality of the heat exchanger uniform.
