Abstract

PURPOSE: To obtain a freezing and cooling heat exchanger of uniform quality by soldering within a furnace a flat tubular body formed by bending, heat transfer fins, and joint metal fittings for coolant inlet and outlet, and pressure welding and fixing fitting members to a bending part the flat tubular body of to simply prevent the deformation of the brazed part.
CONSTITUTION: A flat tube made of aluminum or an aluminum alloy is formed by bending to form a coolant flowpath 1.
