Abstract
PURPOSE: To prevent foregin matter mixing into the inside of a VTR when loading a cassette, by providing a barrier member which is drawn in and out by being interlocked with opening and closing of the cassette loading part, in a VTR constituting a portable video system, in particular.
CONSTITUTION: On the insertion port into which a cassette 9 of a VTR cover 1 is loaded, a cover 5 is provided, and a sheet-like barrier 16 which is drawn out by being interlocked when the cassette loading part rises to a loading position is provided. One end of the barrier 16 is fixed to the cover 5 by metallic fittings 17, and the other end is fixed to a shaft 20 which is rotated and energized by a spiral spring 19 to a pair of fitting angles 18 on the right and left of a cassette holding substrate 11. The spring 19 always energized the shaft 20 in the direction as indicated with an arrow, when the loading part is raised to the detachable position, the barrier 16 wound to the shaft 20 is drawn out, and a space between the upper cover of the body and the cassette loading part is covered. When the loading part is lowered into the body, the barrier 16 is wound to the shaft 20 by the spring 19.
