Abstract

PURPOSE: In the measurement of the titled substance, a reagent containing γ-glutamyl-4-nitroanilide and cyclodextrin is used to conduct the accurate measurement of the titled substance.
CONSTITUTION: A reagent containing γ-glutamyl-4-nitroanilide and cyclodextrin is used to determine the acitivity of γ-glutamyl transpeptidase. The addition of cyclodextrin increases the solubility of γ-glutamyl-4-anilide (the solubility of γ- glutamyl-4-nitroanilide is 16mM on the addition of cyclodextrin by 0.3W/V%) and the stability and causes no adverse effect on the catalytic action of γ-glutamyl trnspeptidase.
