Abstract

PURPOSE:To reduce a fluid leaking from a gap between the counter surfaces of rotors and a case, by forming grooves and small bottomed holes for labyrinth effect in the counter surfaces of the rotors and case. CONSTITUTION:In a case 1, oval gear type rotors 4 and 5 are fitted around fixed shafts 2 and 3, and through a magnet 9 fitted atop of a rotation transmitting-out shaft 8 stuck to the rotor 5, a magnet 10 coupling magnetically with the magnet 9, a rotary frame 11, a speed reduction machine 12, the quantity of flow is displayed on an indication device 13. Further, many grooves 18 are made successively in the axial flanks of the rotors 4 and 5 and then from a high-pressure side intake 14 to a low-pressure side outlet 16 expands rapidly to lose its energy by Labyrinth effect which provides a pressure drop, thus reducing the leakage of the fluid from the gap.
