Abstract

PURPOSE: To decrease the overall chip size, by operating a sole input signal amplifying section at the same time, by a plurality of input signal amplifying sections having a constant current circuit operated alternatively and a single output amplifying section receiving the outputs.
CONSTITUTION: An amplifying section 44 consists of input stage amplifying sections 38, 43, driving stage 39, and output amplifying section 40 coupled at point A, and the sections 38, 43 have input terminals 35, 36 inputting signals S1, S2 from input signal sources 32, 33 and feedback terminals 34, 37 receiving a signal from an output terminal 42 via feedback constant circuits 41, 51. The emitter circuit of the sections 38, 43 provides a constant current citcuit, and one input amplifying section only is operated by turning on/off this circuit, another is made inoperative, and the signals S1, S2 have independent voltage gain and frequency characteristics with the fedback constant circuits 41, 45. Thus, in case of semiconductor integration, since the output stage can be only one stage, the overall chip size can be reduced.
