CONSTITUTION:In a time information setting circuit, the level of an input acutal- time clock signal CLK-R is inverted by an inverter 18 to obtain a fundamental clock signal CLK-S, which is outputted to the second register 12 of a time register 11. Therefore, time information indicated by the time register 11 leads the acutal time by nearly the half period of the clock signal CLK-R, so a computer fetches stable time information, held in a time information register 22, at the timing of an interruption signal INT. This time information is coincident with the actual time by the timing of the interruption signal INT, so that the accurate time information if fetched in the computer.
