Abstract
PURPOSE: To enable a top to be easily and quickly installed and removed to and from a trailer by moving a top installation and removal pallet holding the top up and down by the operation of a lift.
CONSTITUTION: When a top 5 is installed on a trailer 4, the trailer which fixes the lower frame 6 of the top 5 moves to such a position where a top installation and removal pallet 9 holding the upper frame 8 of the top 5 canbe loaded and the lower frame 6 is positioned directly below the upper frame 8. Next, the pallet 9 is slightly lifted by raising the chassis 3 of the trailer 4 and the pallet 9 is disconnected from a foot 13 by removing a pin. Next, by lowering the chassis 3 and the upper frame 8 is coupled in a frame receiving unit 15 of the lower frame 6. Further, lower the chassis 3 a holding frame 10 to fall and a base 16 of the pallet 9 is placed on the ground. As a result of this, frame 8 is released from the retention of the frame 10 and the pallet 9 is also released from the retention of the chassis 3 and the top 5 is installed.
