Abstract

PURPOSE: To make it possible to control simply the coil and warm water coils and humidity adding spray of a building air conditioning system by concentrating all the dew point sensor, temperature sensor and pressure sensor of a building control system into its remote station and using output signals of those sensors.
CONSTITUTION: All of a dew point sensor 19 and a temperature sensor 20 and pres sure sensor 21 that are positoned at the outlet of an air conditioner for humidity and temperature and pressure are directly installed in the remote sation 22 in the network of a building control system and each sensor issures ON-and OFF-command to two-way valves, 26, 27 and 28 according to a deviation in reference to a eference valve. Since this ON-and-OFF control gives constant temperature and constant humidity control, the remote station is costituted as an intelligent termial capable of performing logical judgement, and the operation of a cold water coil 2 and warm water coil 3 and humidity adding spray 5 are controlled and the remote station 22 controls directly an air pressure regulating device 4.
