Abstract
PURPOSE: To obtain a heating cooker equipped with an electric heater easily adjustable for desired toasted condition by a structure wherein a supporting stand with legs of adjustable length and a heating unit consisting of a heat resisting, radiant heat permeating tube, within which a heating element with high melting point and inert gas are sealed, are provided in a heating chamber.
CONSTITUTION: The supplying stand 11 with legs 10 of adjustable length and the heating unit 4 consisting of a heat resisting, radiant heat permeating tube 5, within which a heating element 6 made of a small mass of metallic material with high melting point and inert gas 7 are sealed, are provided in the heating chamber 2. Due to the structure described above, when the heating unit 4 is energized, the heating element 6 rises to red-hot state in 1W2sec to radiate immense radiant heat. Because of the sealed inert gas, however, there is no fear of evaporation of the heating element 6 even when the temperature of the element 6 exceeds about 1,500°C. Furthermore the toasted condition is adjusted by adjusting the length of the legs 10 of the supporting stand 11 to proper size in order to adjust the distance between the heating unit 4 and a material to be cooked 12. In such a manner as described above, the taste of the material to be cooked can be prevented from being spoiled and the easy heating cooking can be resulted.
