Abstract
PURPOSE:To reduce the cost of a device, by controlling the flow rate by means of a solenoid two-way valve which opens and closes according to the number of revolutions of a rotary shaft. CONSTITUTION:If the number of revolutions of a rotary shaft is within a prescribed range, a detecting circuit 9 delivers an extremely small sawtooth waveform. This sawtooth waveform is converted into the shaped pulses of small intervals through a pulse converting circuit 10. This pulse is converted into a pulse that can follow the operation of a solenoid two-way valve through a converting circuit 12. On the other hand, the pulse having a certain time interval of T seconds which is set previously is continuously oscillated from a pulse generating circuit 11. This pulse and the pulse converted through the circuit 12 are converted into a pulse of time interval t' according to the number of revolutions through an AND circuit in the circuit 12. This pulse opens and closes a solenoid coil 14 of the solenoid two-way valve through a driving circuit 15. Accordingly, the solenoid two-way opens for the time t' during the interval T seconds to realize a linear control of flow rate in accordance with the number of revolution of the rotary shaft.
