Abstract

PURPOSE:To provide a blade wheel which prevents fine solid particles from entering and stagnating inside an interlocking gear box of a bearing unit by forming its edge surface into such a shape that prevents the accumulation of solid particles thereon. CONSTITUTION:Blade wheels 4 and 5 are rotatably installed to fixed shafts 2 and 3 inside a box 1 respectively and interlocking toothed wheels 6 and 7 are fixed to one end of each blade wheel 4, 5 respectively. Pitch lines 8 and 9 are of the same circle and both blade wheels 4, 5 rotate to perform such an action each other that the top end of each blade scrapes the surface of a concave between two blades of the counterpart wheel and the internal wall of the box. A suspension enters a metering chamber 11 through an inlet 10 and it is confined in the case 1 by the blade wheels 4, 5 and then sent to an outlet 12. The edge surface of blade wheels 4, 5 should be formed into a knife edge or convex edge. Also the shape of a space between the edges of blade wheels 4, 5 should be formed into a trochoid curve concave.
