Abstract
PURPOSE:To discover trouble at a stage of slight trouble, and to prevent a serious accident previously by combining a trouble arithmetic circuit with a drive control circuit, inputting the measured value of currents, voltage and speed and checking the rationality of each control system. CONSTITUTION:The trouble arithmetic circuit 200 is mounted to a Ward-Leonard device control section 100, and a speed command 1, speed measured value 2 from a pulse generator, a field current measured value 12, current measured value 5, a field voltage command 13 and voltage signals 7 are each inputted. The trouble arithmetic circuit 200 computes each input value on the basis of relative formulae, successively compares the input and a phase control angle of a pulse phase shifter, compares voltage and currents and compares speed and voltage, and checks the rationality of each control system of voltage, currents and speed. A sampling pitch for detecting trouble is changed over according to an adjustable speed state or a stationary state, and the load of the arithmetic circuit can be reduced.
