Abstract
PURPOSE:To prevent breakdown of transistors when a plurality of transistors take ON-state simultaneously by a method wherein output transformers which are so arranged that they have reversed polarity individually are provided as primary windings in each main current path of a switching transistor. CONSTITUTION:The first windings 27 and the second winding 27b are organized as a primary winding of an output transformer 26 to have reversed polarity individually. And a collector of a transistor TRQ4 is connected to a terminal of the first winding 27a, another terminals is connected to an emitter of the first switching transistor TRQ1 of which a collector is connected to a positive side of a d.c. source line 25a, and emitter of TRQ3 is connected to a terminal of the second winding 27b, and another terminal is connected to a collector of the second switching transistor TRQ2 of which an emitter is connected to a negative side of a d.c. source line 25b. Consequently in spite of simultaneous conduction of TRQ1-Q4, breakdown of TR is prevented through a current limited by the leakage inductance with emerges in each winding 27a, 27b.
