Abstract

PURPOSE: To improve the efficiency sharply by providing a core carrying section in the lower part of the carrying passage of an automatic assembling machine and enabling carrying one by one of formed prototypic cores and eliminating the intervention of tubes for partition marking on the protrotypic cores.
CONSTITUTION: A worked fin 1 is dropped by retreating a receiving plate 20 and fed to a carrying passage 10 in front of a fin extruding section 13. On the other hand, tubes 2 are carried continuously from an inclined chute 24 and dropped after branching the tube 2 by a vertical guide plate 23, and fed to the carrying passage 10. A cylinder 25 of the fin extruding section 13 is extended by l1, and the optional numbers of fins 1 and tubes 2 are arranged alternately with tubes 2 between them to form protrotypic core 4 corresponding to one unit of heat exchanger. Next, the cylinder 25 is extended to l2, and the whole of prototypic core 4 corresponding to one unit of heat exchanger is shifted to a specified place. At this time, supply of tubes 2 from a tube separation and feeding section 12 is ceased once, and a core carrying plate 35 is raised to the rear of the last fin 1, and protrotypic core 4 corresponding to one unit is carried to the front end 10b side of the carrying passage 10 by a cylinder 36.
