Bar graph information of the conversion section 102 is converted into decimal notation by using a decoder 103. Data of this decoder 103 are stored in a memory section 106 and when the measurement is completed, data of the decoder 103 are stored in a memory section 107. Then, data of the memory section 107 is subtracted from the data of a memory section 106 and the obtained data are displayed on a display section 109.
