Abstract
PURPOSE:To provide a device provided with a pressure detector whch is simple in a structure and is hard to be affected by a thermal strain or a mechanical strain, by a method wherein a fixed electrodes for a capacitor type detecting part and a moving electrode, being structured in a cantilever manner, are secured to a sealing cap filled with glass. CONSTITUTION:A moving electrode 12, being structured in a cantilever, and fixed electrodes 13 and 14, which are positioned facing and opposite to each other with the moving electode 12 between, are placed in a preceiving chamber filled with a sealing liquid. The upper parts of the electrodes are electrically insulated with glass 11 with which a sealing cap 11 is filled, and are secured to a housing 9. Pressue-receiving diaphragms 5 and 6 are placed at both sides or eithr side of the body 1, and the center of the diaphragms and the end of the moving electrode 12 are coupled together through a boss and an insulating substance by means of rods 16 and 17. The device is designed such that a changed in an electric capacity between the fixed electrodes 13 and 14 and the moving electrode 12 moving to a difference in pressure applied on the diaphragms 5 and 6 is detected through lead wires 12a-14a.
