Abstract

PURPOSE: An actinic ray-curable coat composition with improved antistatic property, prepd. by use of an ethylenically unsaturated conpd. in combination with a nonionic surfactant and a phosphate ester having a polymerizable acryloyl group.
CONSTITUTION: A composition comprising a compd. having at least two ethylenically unsaturated bonds in one molecule, a polyethylene glycol condensation-type nonionic surfactant and a compd. of the formula (wherein m is 1 or 2; R is H or CH3; A is CnH2n where n is 2W6; R1 is H, 1W4C alkyl, chloroalkyl or bromoalkyl). A polyethylene glycol alkylphenyl ether and polyethylene glycol alkyl ether are particularly pref. as the polyethylene glycol-type nonionic surfactant. 2-Acyloyloxyethyl phosphate, di(2-acryloyloxypropyl) phosphate, etc. are pref. as the compd. of the formula.
