CONSTITUTION: A fluid sealant S1 and paired large diameter runners 1 arranged so as to insert the fluid sealant S1 between both are inserted into the large diameter pipe P1 of a conduit P and allowed to run under the pressure of a fluid, whereby the sealant S1 is lined on the inner surface of the pipe P1.
