Abstract

PURPOSE: To make easy initially inserting a tube into a pipe and to achieve lining on the internal wall of the pipe by following method in which a tube folded in a bellows configulation is inserted into the pipe and fixed thereto at an end of said tube, then compressed air is injected from the end of the pipe, while coating by bond on the internal wall of the pipe is carried out.
CONSTITUTION: A moving device A containing bond-coating mechanism 2 and tube holding means 1, is provided in the pipe. The device A is inserted into the end part of the pipe at the condition where the tube folded in bellows configulation and to be used for lining, is kept in the tube holding means 1. One end of said tube is fixed to the pipe end and compressed air is injected into the pipe through the blind cover 6 connected to the pipe. The pressure is received on the pressure receiving plate 12, and simultaneously bond-coating mechanism 2 moves those means in the pipe, with coating bond given the internal wall of the pipe, there by the folded tube is expanded, and lining on the internal wall of the pipe is completed.
