Abstract

PURPOSE: To make easy initially inserting a tube into a pipe and to achieve lining on the internal wall of the pipe by following process in which a flatly pressed tube is inserted into a pipe, and fixed firmly to an end of the pipe, and then the tube is expanded with compressed air, while coating with bond is given on the internal wall of said pipe.
CONSTITUTION: A centrifugal spray-coating machine 3 provided with pressure- receiving member 2 at the end of a coating machine, is inserted into an internal end of a pipe (a) to be lined. Then a flatly pressed tube to be used for lining, is inserted and laid into an internal bore of said coating machine 3, and an end 12 of the tube 1 is secured firmly to an end of said pipe (a). Compressed air is injected into it from one part of the flind cover 6 fixed to the pipe end, and thereby, said flattened tube is expanded and the lining on the internal wall of the pipe is carried out, while air pressure affecting on the tube 1 is received on the pressure receiving member 2, and the bond is centrifugally spraied to the internal wall from the nozzle 39a of the coating machine 3, and further the coating machine 3 is removed to the opposite end of the pipe.
