Abstract

PURPOSE: To permit easy checking of the running state of a vehicle not only by the driver but from other vehicles and pedestrians as well by making it possible to obtain respectively different operations when the vehicle stops, when it is running under ordinary running speed, and further when it is running in excess of a set speed.
CONSTITUTION: When a vehicle is going to assume as stop state, a transistor (TR)Q1 of a control circuit 2 goes off, while a control circuit 4 has no more electric discharge through a diode D3 and therefore, the TRs Q6, Q7 of a control circuit 7 go on and further Q5 goes on, thereby lighting a dome light DL and a light emitting diode D4. when the vehicle is in an ordinary running state, a sensor SN opens and closes at the periods TS proportional to the vehicle speeds and therefore the D4, DL and a speaker SP do not operate. When it runs in excess of a set speed, the opening and closing speeds of the sensor SN increase, and the oscillation operation of an oscillating circuit 3 stops and makes E point voltage zero, while and oscillating circuit 6 starts oscillating.
