When diodes 10 and 11 are connected across the inductance 9, the impedance viewed from the both ends of the diodes 10 and 11 turns on the diodes to the picture signal having a small amplitude of <=+ or -0.5mA AC amplitude when the current value of a current source 12 is set previously at 1mA. Thus a low level of impedance is obtained to short-circuit the noise of the greater part of the flat area on the screen.
